I like to think of my work as a little surreal, a little sexy…colorful, composed, decidedly pop, and a whole lot of FUN. I create my collages from images I have cut out from fashion, design, food, and vintage magazines. I limit the color palate and tighten the compositional arrangement to further clarify and refine the meaning. 

When someone is attracted to a particular art piece, or a particular artist’s work, is it usually because they are seeing something within themselves, some idea that has been made visual for them. While the imagery in my collages may mean one thing to me, they are very much open to interpretation, and hopefully, universal in appeal.
